This site is dedicated to the memory of barbara palmer.
Barbara Palmer was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on September 05, 1935. She was the true meaning of mother and friend. From beginning to end and is still today and always. Mom held an inner strength that was to be admired and used as a role model in life. This strength and love survived all. God was her best friend.
